I'm liking this second one much better. I love the white on black with just a touch of color. Hopefully I'll get another card in before I leave, but It's not looking great.

Mandi's 1st card

So I only have a short period of time to get my cards done, since I'll be out of town for a week. But here is my first card. I am using the stamp set "Kind & Caring Thoughts" for my cards this week. It's one of my newer sets, so this is really my first time using this set. I'm not thrilled with my first card, but I think it still turned out ok.

New Challange

So Mandi came up with this fun idea to get both of us motivated in getting our cards made in time for convention. Mandi chooses a stamp set for me and I choose one for her and we make 5 cards using that set. For me she chose Garden Whimsy and for her I chose Kind and Caring Thoughts. So today is Monday and here is my first one.

Fathers Day Class

Well Fathers Day is quickly upon us, so I decided to get busy and get a card made. I just made it easy on myself and cased this one right out of Stampin Up mini catalog with a few changes of my own. So for all those that are interested in making this card please join us on June 10th at Tammy Claytons house at 7 pm the cost of the class is $5. We will be making 2 cards, I am posting mine now and Mandi will be posting her card later. Please join us for a fun night of card making and girl talk. It's the best night you'll have that week!
