Here is my Tuesday card.

Tuesday

So, it's not officially Tuesday yet. But I want to feel ahead of the game for once. :) I am hoping that I can get all 5 cards in this week. Cross your fingers for me!



This was such a simple card, but so much fun! I love this one and want to make a few more of it.

Monday

This week, Tammy and Kaylene chose Unfrogettable as the set for me to use. I have had so much fun with this set in the past and am excited to try some new, fun things with it.

Major catch up

This is Mandi. No, I'm not dead. I have been busy with vacation and kids. But I did get a few minutes to sit down today and make some cards. I also made a few a little over a week ago that I am finally going to post. I'll do the older ones in one post and separate ones for the newer cards for this week.

A few weeks ago I was using my set, Bugs and Kisses. I made 3 cards with it, but cannot find the 3rd card I made. Here are the other 2.

This week Mandi's choice for me was...Eastern Blooms, so here is my Monday card.

Boxes

I made these cute treat boxes for the boutique decorated for the 4th of July. The top box has some Animal cookies sprinkled in Red, White and Blue. I am having a heck of a time finding Red, White and Blue treats, but I thought this worked out just fine.

Then I made this one and I just love this one, and the treats inside are delicious!!!
It has Golden Grams Cereal, Mini Marshmellows, and Chocolate Chips.

New Cards

Well yesterday I went to Lagoon with some friends right after work, then came home had some dinner and much needed rest then hung out with Mands for the rest of the evening, so I didn't get a card made for last nights entry. So I got busy this afternoon and made two cards.


This set was alot of fun to work with, but I am very happy to be moving onto another set on Sunday! (I am not a bird fan, just ask Mandi)

I posted two pictures of this card because I wanted to show that I popped up the center butterflies wings. I really like this effect!

Well that's the end of my cards for this week. It was alot of fun having to work with one stamp set and posting the results every day.

Mandi's 2nd card

I'm liking this second one much better. I love the white on black with just a touch of color. Hopefully I'll get another card in before I leave, but It's not looking great.

Mandi's 1st card

So I only have a short period of time to get my cards done, since I'll be out of town for a week. But here is my first card. I am using the stamp set "Kind & Caring Thoughts" for my cards this week. It's one of my newer sets, so this is really my first time using this set. I'm not thrilled with my first card, but I think it still turned out ok.

New Challange

So Mandi came up with this fun idea to get both of us motivated in getting our cards made in time for convention. Mandi chooses a stamp set for me and I choose one for her and we make 5 cards using that set. For me she chose Garden Whimsy and for her I chose Kind and Caring Thoughts. So today is Monday and here is my first one.

Fathers Day Class

Well Fathers Day is quickly upon us, so I decided to get busy and get a card made. I just made it easy on myself and cased this one right out of Stampin Up mini catalog with a few changes of my own. So for all those that are interested in making this card please join us on June 10th at Tammy Claytons house at 7 pm the cost of the class is $5. We will be making 2 cards, I am posting mine now and Mandi will be posting her card later. Please join us for a fun night of card making and girl talk. It's the best night you'll have that week!
